Most FundWorks solutions involve a certain level of set-up and customisation effort, typically undertaken by our team of expert implementation consultants. The following table describes the typical approach we employ when installing any of our products.

| Pre-sales | Provide high-level cost estimates for implementation requirements, defined in terms of approximate man effort, broken down by type of resource. | Cost estimations will be based on metrics built by FundWorks from previous client implementations and the detail provided to us within the RFP or other documentation. If a POC is purchased, then further detail can be sought at this stage. |
| Project scoping | Define the project governance approach (e.g. steering committee), provide a full functional scope, identify team structures and risks, and document these in a detailed project plan. | A Senior Consultant will be assigned by FundWorks to lead the analysis required to establish the full detail surrounding your implementation environment. |
| Project monitoring | Provide to the client with a fully tested FundWorks' product that is ready to be implemented for use in a Production environment. | The resources allocated to the project will begin work and progress will be monitored against the project plan by means of formal weekly meetings, RAG reports etc. |
| Handover | Ensure that a fully tested and client signed-off product is migrated across into a production environment as smoothly as possible. | Once business acceptance has been achieved, our consultants will move the necessary software objects into production and carry out all necessary user training. |
| Ongoing support | User and technical support and maintenance of the production environment. | Technical errors and change requests will be sent to our Helpdesk, to be prioritised and carried out accordingly to the service-level agreement. |
