At Kurtosys, our team of highly skilled consultants can configure and deploy our solutions worldwide, to agreed timescales, Service Level Agreements and budgets.
Kurtosys leverages an extensive best practice implementation methodology which we share with every customer. Our experienced solutions architects and implementation consultants work in partnership with our customers to deliver best-practice, cost effective and robust implementations. With our team of global specialists, we are able to offer local implementation capability, in addition to offshore, through our subsidiary based in India.
Best practice framework
Designed and executed by expert project managers and consultants, our implementation services are built around our Best-Practice Implementation Framework. The framework embraces Agile development methodology and is structured around 4 phases, delivering signed-off documentation across the project lifecycle, from pre-project preparation, milestones and risks to key deliverables.
Discovery phase
A pre-requisite for the project, this phase is vital to ensure that the customer and Kurtosys explore the full scope of the project and assess business and non-functional requirements.
Definition phase
The definition phase gathers together use cases and story points to capture application usage, data structure assessment, design and validation and complete a configuration checklist to ensure that the client and Kurtosys have agreed project deliverables, costs and timeframes.
Development phase
Kurtosys adopts Agile development practices, which emphasises incremental software development and testing for rapid, quality deliverables. This phase delivers customer solutions to UAT, for client testing and feedback, in preparation for delivery. Any issues and enhancements that arise will be logged, prioritised and dealt with in close consultation with the customer.
Delivery phase
When the UAT is signed-off, the system will be ready for delivery in a production environment, including all custom requirements and enhancements. Following a successful implementation, teams will convene to discuss lessons learnt, review project outcome and process as well as future enhancements to the newly launched platform.
