Hosting infrastructure

The FundWorks application hosting service includes a series of servers including application and database servers. Servers are load-balanced and have a hot stand-by in case of failure. FundWorks subscription services utilise state-of-the-art security and infrastructure to ensure that customer data is never compromised.

Overview

All FundWorks products are available as managed or hosted services, a model which is getting increasingly popular due to its lower total cost of ownership and reduced risk compared to in-house development. FundWorks managed services are based on a subscription model, and include the costs of a full technical infrastructure, scheduled updates for all products and dedicated support teams and procedures governed by SLAs.
